TONY GIRDLER

  A veteran of the stage  and   screen for many years, our   client Tony has made a name for  himself online in the news section of his retirement community's website. A resident of IRT in Peakhurst, he has been acting for 7 decades. In 1965 he left his job at the Bank of NSW in Queensland at age 24 and moved to New Zealand, where he toured the country to perform in various productions for school children, before scoring a job as a radio announcer on NZBC and then landing roles in Australian TV series like Water Rats.
